1. Eligibility for Refunds To qualify for a refund:

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain products such as final sale items, custom orders, and opened wigs may not be eligible.

- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
